Has It Come to This

On Monday, insurgents in Iraq claimed they had capture of an American soldier, seen here. The only problem; their captive was never alive.

On Tuesday, military officials released a statement that confirmed that no American soldiers were missing. "Liam Cusack, of the toy manufacturer Dragon Models USA, Inc., said the image of the soldier portrayed in the photo bore a striking resemblance to a military action figure made by the company."

The insurgents claimed that they would behead the captive within 72 hours if all the Iraqi prisoners, both men and women, were not released. It appears that after the successful elections, they will succumb to any nonsense to cause disruption.

  1. That's actually really funny. At least they are concentrating on action heroes and not making bombs. Maybe instead of us dropping bombs on them, we should drop GI Joe dolls.
